Mark Schiffmacher
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mark Schiffmacher founded Target Media Partners and has served as our CEO since the spin-off of Target Media from Recycler Classifieds in 1998. He was CEO of Recycler Classifieds from 1994 to 1998. Mark practiced tax law and formerly was managing partner of both Schiffmacher, Weintstein, Boldt, Racine & Halfhide from 1982 to 1994 and of Brawerman and Kopple from 1972 to 1982. He holds a J.D. degree from Boalt Hall, University of California at Berkeley, and a B.A. from the University of Pacific.
Susan Humphreville
Founder and Chief Financial Officer
Susan Humphreville founded Target Media Partners and has served as our CFO since the spin-off of Target Media from Recycler Classifieds in 1998. She was CFO of Recycler Classifieds from 1994 to 1998. A former investment banker, Susan was a Managing Director of Drexel Burnham Lambert from 1985 to 1989, a Vice President of PaineWebber Incorporated from 1980 to 1985, and an Associate with Wheat, First Securities, Inc. from 1976 to 1978. She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
Jack Humphreville
Founder and Executive Vice President
Jack Humphreville has spearheaded Target Media’s acquisition program since its formation in 1998, and he currently also focuses on the growth of Target Media’s network of content partners. From 1995 to 1998, Jack identified and negotiated acquisitions for Recycler Classifieds as an independent advisor. He formerly was a Managing Director in the investment banking division of Drexel Burnham Lambert, a Senior Vice President at Blyth Eastman Paine Webber and a Credit Analyst at Hartford National Bank. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. from Harvard College.
Jim Sington
Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President
Jim Sington joined Target Media in 2003 and is responsible for all of our interactive and print operations. Formerly, he was a Managing Director in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston from 2000 to 2002 and of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1982 to 2000. As an investment banker to Target Media and Recycler Classifieds, Jim was closely involved with the 1998 spin-off of Target Media from Recycler and with the acquisition of Recycler by DLJ Merchant Banking in 1993. He holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Business School and a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Josh Siegel
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TMPi
Josh Siegel leads our interactive efforts, serving as SVP and COO of Target Media Partners interactive (“TMPi”). With more than 15 years of internet and high tech experience, Josh has managed online products and leading internet platforms and has extensive expertise with technology advancements in online advertising. He was formerly the Senior Director of Monetization for Veoh Networks. Prior to that, Josh launched and then headed the Yahoo! Publisher Network. Previously Josh managed product and marketing for Everdream, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for IT management, now owned by Dell Corporation. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University and a Master’s of Science Degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University.

Kevin Aylmer
Vice President of Operations
Kevin Aylmer joined Target Media in 2001 as a Regional General Manager and has been a Vice President since 2004, currently with senior responsibility for 13 local business units. Kevin has been in the newspaper and shopper business since 1980. In addition to sales and marketing positions with the Tribune and the Chicago Sun-Times organization, he was CEO of Trinity Holdings, Inc. from 1993 to 1998. In late 1998, Kevin led the $60 million management buy-out of Trinity Holdings from its publicly-traded parent, Trinity Mirror, plc. Kevin has a B.S. in Marketing from Villanova University.
Brenda Morgan
Vice President of Operations
Brenda Morgan has been a Vice President of Target Media since its 1998 spin-off from Recycler Classifieds. She is responsible for the oversight of six business units, including Recycler Classifieds and also provides senior leadership for Target Media’s national distribution efforts. Brenda joined Recycler in 1995 as National Circulation Director and was Vice President of Operations for newly acquired properties from 1997 to 1998. She was Circulation Director of USA Today from 1984 to 1995. Brenda holds a B.S. degree from the University of Southern California.
Boris Bronshteyn
Vice President of Technology
Boris Bronshteyn joined Target Media in 2012 and has management responsibility for software development and critical MIS functions. Over the past 15 years, Boris has built a strong expertise in I.T. systems design and engineering, as well as people and process management working with a variety of enterprises ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Boris started his career as a software developer and quickly rose through the ranks helping companies such as Syseca, Inc., LERETA LLC, Pictage, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Online, Sustain Technologies and Bank of America. Preceding his position with Target Media, Boris managed a large software development team for PSI Services LLC, a leader in the assessment industry. Boris holds a degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Mathematics, from California State University, Northridge.
Linda Coffman
Vice President of Operations
Linda Coffman joined Target Media in 2001 as a Regional General Manager and has been a Vice President since January 2006, currently with senior responsibility for seven local business units. Prior to joining Target, Linda worked for Amos Press, Inc., an Ohio publisher of daily newspapers and hobby magazines. She joined Amos Press in 1983 and served in advertising management roles for its Sidney Daily News until 1991 when she was named the first non-family publisher of the newspaper in five generations of family ownership. Prior to 1983, Ms. Coffman worked in a variety of advertising roles for the Troy Daily News, another Ohio daily. Linda attended Edison State University and Wright State University.
Jason Hays
Vice President of Business and Channel Development
Jason Hays is responsible for interactive partnership management and development activities, including agent, reseller, content distribution and sales programs. He previously served as a general manager of Target Media’s publications in the San Francisco Bay area. Prior to joining Target Media, Jason served as President of Innuity Interactive, a web enablement and internet advertising company with 24 U.S. offices. During his tenure there, he helped create and manage joint marketing ventures with Yahoo!, City Search, IBM and Micron. Prior to that, he was CEO and founder of 3D Solutions, which was named the top web design company by Media Inc. in 2002. Jason also previously served as Regional General Manager and Partner Sales Manager for Nextel Communications and US West New Vector. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing and Management from Idaho State University.
Karen Heinze
Director of Human Resources
Karen Heinze has led Target Media’s Human Resources efforts since 2001. Karen has more than 25 years of human resources management experience, previously serving as the Director of Human Resources for Innuity, Inc. a web design company with operations in 24 states and the Director of Human Resources for Antelope Valley Hospital with 2000+ employees. Karen holds a B.A. degree in Social Science and a M.S. degree in Human Resources Management from Chapman University.
Ed Leader
Vice President of Operations
Ed Leader has had responsibility for Target Media’s Trucking Group since 2001. Ed began his career with Target Media in August 1998 as a Regional General Manager with responsibility for several local publishing operations. Prior to joining Target Media, Ed was the general manager of Trader Publishing’s Chicago classified ad publication, Trading Times, and previously was a Division Vice President in the auto rental industry. Ed earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Central Michigan University.
Tom Minogue
Vice President of Interactive Sales
Tom Minogue joined Target Media Partners in 2001 as General Manager of our AutoFocus magazine in Chicago and was named Target Media’s Publisher of the Year in 2004. Tom became a Regional General Manager in 2007 and has been Vice President of Interactive Sales since 2011. He is responsible for the sales development, sales training, and interactive revenue growth of Target Media Partners’ local business units. Prior to joining Target Media, Tom was the founder and owner of several small businesses, as well as a consultant to several telecommunication companies. Tom holds a B.A. from Wabash College.
Mark Moore
Vice President of Interactive Sales
Mark joined Target Media Partners in October 2011 as Vice President of Interactive Sales. He has 25 years of experience in sales channel development, sales management, business development, sales training and local advertising. Prior to joining Target Media, Mark spent three years at CityGrid Media (formerly City Search) where he developed the CityGrid Local Reseller program. Previously, Mark was senior director of sales at yp.com (internet yellow pages) and internet sales manager at Bell South, where he was instrumental in the development of Bell South’s CyberRep sales channel. Mark hold a B.S. from Southeast Missouri State University.
Bobby Ralston
Vice President, Finance
Bobby Ralston joined Target Media when it was spun-off from Recycler Classifieds in 1998. He was a Regional General Manager of Recycler from 1997 to 1998 supervising several acquired properties, and he continued in this role at Target Media until he was named Director of Finance in 1999. He previously was a General Manager of Recycler from 1994 to 1997. He is a Certified Public Accountant and worked at KPMG Peat Marwick from 1986 to 1994 where he served as the Audit Engagement Senior Manager on the Recycler audit. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Baylor University.
Jane Zhang
Vice President of Monetization
Jane Zhang has more than 19 years of operations and product experience in online advertising and management consulting. Her expertise includes launching online adverting businesses in Europe, Asia and Latin America, driving revenue growth initiatives and developing new products. Prior to joining TMPi, Jane was with Yahoo! for nine years, serving as the Senior Director of Yahoo! Advertising Marketplaces Group and on the leadership team that launched the APT Advertising Platform. Before that, Jane was Director of International Platforms for Yahoo! and managed the launch of the Panama platform in 19 international markets. She also headed the company’s International Customer and Content Solutions and served as Senior Product Manager for Advertising Systems. Jane holds a M.B.A. from The Anderson School at UCLA, a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California, and Bachelor of Architecture degree from Southeast University in China.
